Skills are passive special abilities which are linked to the player's current armour classes, and are therefore found in the classes menu. Skills represent a pioneer's specific strengths and advantages and can be upgraded to a new level for a certain amount of skill cards and coins - each new level providing a higher bonus than the previous one. The current maximum level for any skill upgrade is 10.

Similar skills[edit | edit source]

Similar skills are simply skills which are similar from an armour class to the other - they are not shared, and therefore each armour class still needs to upgrade their skill separately.

  • Cooldown: Decreases skills use cooldown time (+5% reduction per level)
  • Speed: Increases movement speed (+0.5 per level)
  • Light Armour, Standard Armour, Heavy Armour: increases the hitpoints total of their respective armour class
  • Light Robot, Standard Robot, Heavy Robot: increases the hitpoints total, damage output and movement speed of the armour class' respective companion robot

Unique armour class skills[edit | edit source]

Unique skills are skills which are unique to each armour class.

Light armour skills[edit | edit source]

  • Prowess: Reduces time needed to complete an objective (+5% time reduction per level)
  • Adrenaline Rush: Increases speed when hitpoints are below 25% of total (+2.5% speed bonus per level)
  • Runner: Each enemy killed provides an increase to speed, however getting hit will end the bonus (+2.5% speed bonus per level)

Standard armour skills[edit | edit source]

  • Berserk: Increases the main weapon's damage output when hitpoints are below 25% of total (+5% damage bonus per level)
  • Reflection: Reflects incoming melee hits to damage enemies (deals +5% of damage received per level, starting at 5%)
  • Lifelink: Killing ennemies with the main weapon restores hitpoints (+1% of total hitpoints restored per kill, per level)

Heavy armour skills[edit | edit source]

  • Recovery: Automatically heals a set amount of hitpoints every 5 seconds (+2% of total hitpoints healed per level)
  • Shield: A passive energy shield which absorbs incoming damage (+5 shield hitpoints and +5% shield regeneration speed per level)
  • Invincibility: Makes the heavy invincible after each weapon overheat (+4 seconds per level - nerfed in deathmatch)

Co-op skills[edit | edit source]

Co-op skills are skills which are unique to each armour class, and provide bonuses to all teammates in co-op mode.

Light armour skills[edit | edit source]

  • Technician: Increases the repair speed of turrets in co-op (+10% speed per level)
  • Jogger: Increases the speed of teammates in co-op (+2.5% speed bonus per level)

Standard armour skills[edit | edit source]

  • Engineer: Increases the damage output of turrets in co-op mode (+10% per level)
  • Keeper: Reduces teammates skills use cooldown timer (+5% cooldown reduction per level)

Heavy armour skills[edit | edit source]

  • Fortified: Gives HP bonus to turrets in co-op (+15% hitpoints per level)
  • Guardian: Gives a passive energy shield to all teammates in co-op (+1 shield hitpoint and +2% shield regeneration speed per level)
